Im dieting for the first time, Ive lost a fair bit of body fat and want to lose another 2% or so but after that I need a game plan going forward.
Im guessing that when I start to introduce a decent quantity of carbs, that I will be in what people refer to as a rebound phase?
If so, I don't want to get fat so I lose my abs again so whats the best way to optimise this precious time?
