Whats the best method to utilise the rebound period after a cut?

Im dieting for the first time, Ive lost a fair bit of body fat and want to lose another 2% or so but after that I need a game plan going forward.

Im guessing that when I start to introduce a decent quantity of carbs, that I will be in what people refer to as a rebound phase?

If so, I don't want to get fat so I lose my abs again so whats the best way to optimise this precious time?
 
Add things in slowly and monitor your progress. Best places to start adding is pre/intra/pwo followed by breakfast. Slow and steady...

If your coming off t3 at the same time should you wait to raise calories until thyroid is back functioning?

I've read that taking selenium boosts the bodies natural ability to convert T4 into T3.
 
That reverse dieting is a must! taper your calories back up progressively and don't over binge.
