Just thought it would be cool to see what everyone's last meal is before bed in the off season. Obviously guys that are prepping right now dont have much input besides eggwhites or a protein shake.

Mine is 2 scoops of true protein "team skip" blend with coconut oil.

a diet coke :D

last meal before bed is between 6 and 7 pm depending on when i finish my workout and if i'm hungry after that... usually home made kababs from lean beef :)... and i go to bed between 10 and 11

Damn I am jelous! I could eat kabobs 24/7!
 
Cottage cheese and some turkey breast or lean ham
 
meat or a shake,i put a lil pb in my shakes.
on the week end its beer and burger king lol
 
six egg whites mixed with 1/2 cup oats cinnamon and splanda for taste
 
fat free cottage cheese or fat free greek yogurt. (almost identical macros)

some sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding powder mixed with that.

glass of milk

few spoonfuls of natty peanut butter
 
Oatmeal or Kashi. Depending whats on hand I add some almonds/walnuts/bananas/apples and of course some protein powder.
 
baked fish (salmon or tilapia), cottage cheese, sugar free peaches and supplements but lately it's been protein shakes. :)
 
Casein Protein shake - 2 scoops of ON cookies and cream flavor. I have this right before I get in bed.

question though... don't you get any heartburn from eating all that food before bed? or are you just used to it?
 
shrimp and veggies last night. chocolate bars the night before. it goes like that often
 
1 scoop Elite Whey with 1 teaspoon Flax Seed in Light Soy milk and 5-6 egg whites. About an hour before hitting the bed.
