Did my 2nd show this year with my GF.... We both placed 4th in some pretty deep classes this past weekend at the Florida Grand Prix... now i'm looking at some time before getting ready for Nationals in November.... next year I plan on moving up to Classic Physique .... the wheels need work... was wondering if any of you fellas with tree trunks for wheels can share any of your leg routines and maybe some tips to really get some growth going... Obviously calories will be there... I realize that I can't be afraid to eat and can't worry about my teeny tiny waist... just gotta train my ass off and eat like a beast.... any input would be greatly appreciated....
