Its in Seattle and I forgot the month its in. Vander if you are looking for a good show to do in cali, besides the LA or the CAL, do the Excalibur. Its in December in Culver City. I went last year and the competition was awesome. Lots more depth to the weight classes. Another good one to do is the Border States.

Emerald Cup is generally in April. A bunch of us from the boards generally go to it. It is just as good, if not "bigger" than any show in in California. It generally draws from WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, and CO.

Two years ago, they had Coleman, Cutler and Gunter as Guest Posers (like a mini Olympia) as well as Milos, and about 4 other pros in attendance.

APRIL 17TH OR THE 21ST........IT IS USUALLY THE 2ND OR 3RD WEEK IN APRIL.

I BELIEVE IT'S THE LARGEST REGIONAL SHOW AROUND. I'LL TELL YOU WHAT VANDER...IF YOU DO THAT SHOW, I'LL GET OFF MY ASS AND COMPETE AGAIN. IF SQUAT ASS, VANDER, EXCEL, MYSELF AND A BUNCH OF FOLKS FROM PROMUSCLE DID THAT SHOW IT WOULD BE A TERRIFIC OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE TO GET TOGETHER. IT REALLY IS A BIG SHOW.

April 29th & 30th. This year there is also a pro fitness competition there.

Yep thats right, April 29-30th. First year of pro fitness as well so it should be an even bigger event than before as well as my first time competing in it. December 1st is crunch time

i was just curious if there was an emerald cup in cali , but i guess its in seattle . thanks guys .

Monica does the ladies show. She is smoking sexy.
The new gym I work at is loaded-always trying! And I have a couple of potential new girls coming - they are waitresses at a local strip club.
They are hotter (and nicer) than the dancers IMO-I go more to hang with them than to see the skanky dancers.

Jethro give me a buzz and have a good holiday with the gf and family.

I can attest to the fact that it is a great show and very large usually 4-5k people in attendance. the caliber of competition is usually very good. I did this show this year to re-qualify for usa's and it was run top-notch. Brad and Alaine Craig are great promoters and great people. If your looking for a top level regional show to see how you fair this is the show to test the waters in. wyldeone.
