I already know that this is not a sport for the weak. This is not a whining session, just a question that I have searched for an answer, can't find a good one.
I am on my second week of sus-a-ton 250, at 1ml E5D, and I swear this shit is like thunder in a bottle! At this point, I've hit both butt cheeks and both quads, so I'm basically a sitting duck literally! I looked at my ass cheek in the mirror, and thought it was J-Lo for a second. I have been running a 100 - 101 fever for the last two weeks (since first shot). With a fever, I can't eat worth a fuck, and I damn sure can't workout since my knees buckle just trying to stand up. Seems like a waste. But I am tough.
My question is, when a muscle gets inflamed/irritated and swollen, is there any remedy other than just allowing it to rest and heal, or should I ice it, or put heat on it? Should I massage it? Should I do cardio to pump the fresh blood through there and "rinse out the muscle"? It seems to me that when the muscles are all agitated that the best thing is just to leave it the fuck alone. I tried extreme stretching/massage, etc. just seems like I'm spinning my wheels here.
