I'm following atkins diet, i started HGH at 3ui /day and i'll reach 7ui /day (2 week on /1 week off for several months). Today i did my first shot but i felt sick, weak... I shot 2ui before bed and 1ui in the morning. No carb in my diet. Ketostix showed high Ketones levels in the morning. I didn't feel sick anymore when i added carb this night. Consider that i fall asleep at 9:00 AM and i wake up at 17:00 PM
