hey guys ive been taken some protien by beverly international that a personal trainer at my gym told me i should be taken , he said it is the best . i bought 6 jugs for 190 dollars and it has not lasted long . i was wondering has or does anyone here use the true protien web site and do you think if i went by the ingredients could i get some thing close to it that is just as good for a better price. any help would be nice . lj

I have to question a protein powder that says not to use if you are under 18 or pregnant or nursing.

ive never seen the vpx . that bad if it says that . ive used muscle milk , muscle juice and a lot of beverly and iss. i like all just want to no what is the best for the money .

Then trueprotein.
Anything else, as I said in the past, don't waste your money just buy some eggs.

Synthepure, BSN, ProBlend 55, AST, Syntrax Nectar, are all my personal favorites.

I would say synthepure. But if you can't afford that, then go with true protein.

Haven't tried Synthepure but never heard anyone that has not be satisfied with it.

I use TrueProtein. You can create your own blend and they usually have it to you within a week.

I have not tried the Synthepure and maybe I should. However, I am currently using True Protein cold filtration whey isolate and the stuff is incredbile, 50 gram serving goes down so easily without any bloating you barely know you drank it.

And if you travel extensively as I do their pre-made small plastic bottle RTDs are convenient as all hell, just hand to flight attendant to fill with a little water and you are set!
