Which scenario did you see more gains?(aas not involved )

Scenario 1
Regular training split 4-5x weekly + cardio w/structured diet in caloric surplus

Scenario 2 Training sometime 2 x a day but at least 10 times weight training week , no structure in diet eating surplus calories

Please don't include aas assume its factored already

In other words sufficient workload while in calorie surplus or surplus workout workload and surplus food
 
Scenario 1 for me. Did a show back in may and have been on a structured plan with planned cheat meals and have seen phenomenal gains for once. I have came off a show and ate like shit fr months while training and the results are nothing like having a structured food plan and sticking with surplus calories.
 
i dont see your body recovering with scenario 2? even WITH aas/hgh/slin.....10 times a week? my legs are sore for like 5 days
 
Of the two that you mention, I go with 1. But there are better ways...:lightbulb:
 
To look like a bodybuilder, I'd go with option 1. Sufficient workload indicated by progress (or lack of progress) on weights/reps and a structured surplus. IMO, we need to know what's going in macros-wise and training-wise to know when to increase or decrease something.

That said, the biggest/strongest I ever got, not the best look (and with no AAS at all) was more like plan 2. 5x5 on 3 lifts, as heavy as I could in the morning, 3 hours of Track and Field training in the afternoon (So 2x a day most days) and the big difference no limit on food. I was way bigger and stronger than now, but looked like absolute shit. Pretty fat, probably about 20%.
