My boy used Dbol until the last week of his competition and he came in shredded and bigger than ever. He says he wishes he did that a long time ago. Im thinking of doing the same, I will use it during my bulking phase and I will also use it in my cutting phase to save as much muscle as possible. I think Big A also recomends strong anobolics during cutting. I think most of us go for only week drugs ie, winstrol and primo in the last month and lose alot of muscle. Lets hear it boys, what do you guys think?
 
I think any drug can be used for cutting as long as Anti-e's are in place.
 
True, so when your bulking stay off the anti e's for maximum growth and then switch to anti e's when you start cutting and adjust your water levels in the last wee, right?. I love anavar but I think I wasted too much money on it and depended on it too much, if I had dbol with it I wouldnt have looked so skinny.

the dbol isnt going to make you any less "skinny" on stage....if you want to look good on stage train hard, eat right and sleep enuf in the off season, that is the best way to look good onstage....

if you are prone to estro. sides you need to take anti e's when ever your "on"

you looked skinny because you were too dried out and didnt carb up fully... (i have made the same mistakes too, listening to others too much to get that secret recipie to look great on stage! and everyone has one..)
 
Well I am dieting right now and taking 20 mgs of var ed to maintain size. But I'm almost out of var so I will have to use some d-bol. Just 20 mgs so I don't lose muscle.

Im told 20mg of var wont even get your dick up, var is good but its an expensive luxury, from what I see dbol is the best for maintaining size and its cheap too.

Yeah your right, 80% of this sport is all about what you eat, dieting or bulking and I just couldnt get a pump on stage, thats what happens when you focus on looking dry, you deplete yourself from carbs, take too much cutting drugs and end up looking flat as a pancake. Next time I will prepare in advance and try to enjoy the whole process.
 
Unless var comes down in price it just isnt cost effective in my book. Never really got much out of it, seemed like a big waste to me. I would rather buy a large stack then a small bottle of var

I have heard many positive feedback about Turinabol

yeah t-bol is the shit. i get similar gains to d-bol and lose a lot less when i get off/less side effects. good for cutting as the muscle tends to be more quality and less water too.
 
Water dont seem to be a problem as your carbs get lower and you increase the dosage of your anti e's and dont forget you have diuretics as an option on the last couple of days.
 
Didn't Arnold used to grow into the contest with Dbol and get lean with Apple Cider Vinegar at the same time?

ive heard of guys using anaplon up to their comp,i was told it keeps you super full due to the increased red blood cell count boost.

That's old timers stuff:
Natural off season, dbol like there's no tomorrow close to competition, few tablespoons of cider vinegar per day plus a good diet.

Can't know how true it is, though...

Vinegar Improves Insulin Sensitivity to a High-Carbohydrate Meal in Subjects With Insulin Resistance or Type 2 Diabetes

The number of Americans with type 2 diabetes is expected to increase by 50% in the next 25 years; hence, the prevention of type 2 diabetes is an important objective. Recent large-scale trials (the Diabetes Prevention Program and STOP-NIDDM) have demonstrated that therapeutic agents used to improve insulin sensitivity in diabetes, metformin and acarbose, may also delay or prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes in high-risk populations. Interestingly, an early report showed that vinegar attenuated the glucose and insulin responses to a sucrose or starch load (1). In the present report, we assessed the effectiveness of vinegar in reducing postprandial glycemia and insulinemia in subjects with varying degrees of insulin sensitivity.

Our study included nondiabetic subjects who were either insulin sensitive (control subjects, n = 8) or insulin resistant (n = 11) and 10 subjects with type 2 diabetes. Subjects provided written informed consent and were not taking diabetes medications. Fasting subjects were randomly assigned to consume the vinegar (20 g apple cider vinegar, 40 g water, and 1 tsp saccharine) or placebo drink and, after a 2-min delay, the test meal, which was composed of a white bagel, butter, and orange juice (87 g total carbohydrates). The cross-over trial was conducted 1 week later. Blood samples were collected at fasting and 30 and 60 min postmeal for glucose and insulin analyses. Whole-body insulin sensitivity during the 60-min postmeal interval was estimated using a composite score (2).

Fasting glucose concentrations were elevated 55% in subjects with diabetes compared with the other subject groups (P < 0.01, Tukey’s post hoc test), and fasting insulin concentrations were elevated 95–115% in subjects with insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes compared with control subjects (P < 0.01). Compared with placebo, vinegar ingestion raised whole-body insulin sensitivity during the 60-min postmeal interval in insulin-resistant subjects (34%, P = 0.01, paired t test) and slightly improved this parameter in subjects with type 2 diabetes (19%, P = 0.07). Postprandial fluxes in insulin were significantly reduced by vinegar in control subjects, and postprandial fluxes in both glucose and insulin were significantly reduced in insulin-resistant subjects (Fig. 1).

These data indicate that vinegar can significantly improve postprandial insulin sensitivity in insulin-resistant subjects. Acetic acid has been shown to suppress disaccharidase activity (3) and to raise glucose-6-phosphate concentrations in skeletal muscle (4); thus, vinegar may possess physiological effects similar to acarbose or metformin. Further investigations to examine the efficacy of vinegar as an antidiabetic therapy are warranted.

20 mgs isn't very much, but it seems to be adequate just for the purpose of preventing too much muscle loss while I diet. It is expensive though. I am going to try d-bol and see how that works.
 
actually, superdrol (methylated masteron) is a pretty potent legal (there are still some clones out there) steroid and at a 20mg dose, I would put it up against 20mg of dbol or tbol anyday, would kick the shit outta var at 20mg certaintly.
