Who's that John Ripa dude, always with Palumbo

everytime i go to a show or even catch wind of palumbo, that dude isnt but a foot behind him. almost every pic and interview that dude is tehre. who the hell is he? the short spiky hair dude, who always is wearing cut off shirts and really isnt big.

my impression is he's a big time druggie who juices and lifts to fit the bodybuilding scene, but falls short..lol

no disrespect to this guy if he actually is someone who has made an impact, but im clueless. maybe he was b4 my time.

ripa works for daves magazine rx muscle..he is the one that usually returns e mails answers the phone ect.. basically daves right hand man at the magazine..john is actually a very cool guy and just loves the sport of bodybuilding.. if ya run into them at the arnold or any other contest, give him a "holler".. he is a fun guy to talk to..

yeah he seems like he would be a guy who likes to have fun.. hell ill be the first to admit i sometimes have a little too much fun, but im 21, bodybuilding is great, fun, and sometimes frustrating sport, i only do it for a hobbie.

if i see him out next time ill say hi, maybe we can hit one of those after parties phil was talkin about...lol
