ok (kinda hard to explain), when I am doing dumbell curls I find that my RIGHT arm has troubles continuing the set around the 8 rep mark (kinda like an insane pump) but my left arm can curl the weight like nothing and dosn't get fatigued nearly as fast as my right arm.
i usually curl both dumbells at the same time but my right arm seems to go astray and i find myself leaning backwards (cheating), so I will usually continue the set doing one arm at a time, and i have to cheat alot to get my right arm to the top, and I can curl my left arm with no ease at all in perfect form.
but the thing is, my right arm is almost 1/2 an inch BIGGER than the left arm (the seemingly weaker arm is bigger than the stronger one). Could this possibly be some sort of CNS thing?
both triceps are fine.
been happening for a while ( atlease 5-6 weeks)
appreciate any help!
