just went to take a piss and had a serious harp pain on my right side of my groin going up into my abdomen... happened near the end of the urination and now kinda lingering... wierd, any ideas? had a apin like this on my right side before and it took like 8 hours to get over and it was really sharp and a lot more intense... sent me to the ER intense and no answers to speak of.

Could be nephrolithiasis (kidney stones). I would start drinking more water now, just in case. If it persists, get to a doctor.

Has your water intake been good lately? When taking in so much protein (I assume you do) it is VITALLY IMPORTANT that you're taking in a large amount of water with it too. Alot of people ignore this fact, and they end up with problems.

If you have kidney stones, get them taken care of IMMEDIATELY. Bro I had kidney stones when I was in the 6th grade, trust me, they are no fun. Worst thing was, they placed a stint in me after that for a period of time and that hurt worse than the freakin' stones. Absolutely get this checked out, I know alot of guys hate the doctors but pains in that area are nothing to fuck with.
