Women's Dr. Appt.

I need some help I work for a Medical Device Company. I work in Customer Service i'm the only male out of 12. We had a girl that had multiple mis-carries and other problems, so my Director said that if your pregnant you can just leave for appt's on work time. She said if that girl had another mis-carry she would fell bad, well the girl had the baby and quit. Long story short there is atleast 3-4 women Pregnant every year which makes the work load horrible. I take most of the Slack because i'm the Big strong Guy and i'm not suppose to show weekness. When I want to just take an hour lunch or come in late for an Appt it is the end of the world. I probably created a Monster not speaking up, but i'm stressted to the max. In the Employee hand Book it says if your appt exceeds your lunch you are to take a Half of Vacation or personal day.
1. Should I say I feel Discrimanated against to my Boss.
2. Suck it up and just act like i love doing three peoples Job
3. Go to Human Resources

Seriously all you can do is take it to HR. Speaking up will make you the bad guy and probably not accomplish anything. Suck it up and you'll just be taking on more and more til you break.

They can pretty much come and go as they please while they are pregnant, then take there maternity leave, come back for a day then quite.
