I am 7 weeks into a test e only cycle and have some workout questions. I was doing a split routine working major parts twice a week then switched to doing only 1 part per day. Lately I have been reading on doing whole body on mon wed fri.....any thoughts or ideas on which would maximize my growth?
also if i do whole body can I do some in the afternoon and the rerst in the evening?
