I'm currentlly in a cutting plan, and due to daily schedule thought about doing my weighlifting as soon as I wake up and then followed by 60min low intensity cardio, and only then my first meal.
Other option here was doing the cardio 1st, then a liquid protein and followed by the lifting session.
what are the generals thoughts about fasting lifting sessions? I've seen some guys doing it, but not much...
