I would have to look at pics to figure out what I think is his best look but I think 2009 was the year he came back after loosing to Dexter and that version always stuck out to me as his best. I do believe he would go neck and neck with Ramy yet I think he would take Nic Walker though. He would take Brandon for sure. I could not see any one else topping him either in the line up.

Hell yeah he would. He beat the GOAT Ronnie. What makes you think he wouldn’t beat any of these guys?

He beat Ronnie playing the ronnie game he was being compared to Ronnie but I think the top physiques have a different look now. Jay won cu he matched size but I don't think he has nice lines like guys in the top now with way more detail. Flame me if u want lol but wasn't a huge fan of Jay's physique. I guess hard to tell until standing side by side w the current guys

He beat a lesser Ronnie. He's repeatedly acknowledged he didn't beat the best version of Coleman and doesn't know if he could have.

I think he would beat this year's lineup if he was 2001 Olympia, 2003 Ironman, or 2009 Olympia Jay.

Even when he didn’t beat Ronnie, he mostly finished 2nd to Ronnie.

I don’t think any of these guys come close to that!

I think he wins especially if you go by last years Olympia. This years O I wouldn't be so confident stating that and hopefully Ramy, Brandon, Hadi and Nick are all improved from last year.

I mean only two guys can be beat Jay at his best, Ronnie and probably Phil but I think it would be close between him an Phil. Maybe Dorian gives him a run aswell but I think Jay probably beats Dorian

He would win without breaking a sweat as would Phil at his best. Curry will be at his best and won’t 😂

Def 2009 Jay would be taking home the Sandow
And prolly missing actual competition to push him. He was always chasing or was being pushed by an amazing bodybuilder.

As a guy that’s been around the sport in recent years and reached a certain level…. I’d be curious to hear what you think about the current level of physiques.

I mean, Ronnie/Jay/Phil would wax at peak, any one of these current competitors from my naked eye. It seems like somehow the sport (or whatever you prefer to call it) is devolving?
