Looks like a guy trying to make a buck. I suspect he has yet to produce any ( other wise there would be a picture. ) Graphic impressions like that indicate someone has an idea which they feel is good and they are trying to guage the market before going to production . . . a good cheep way to get into business. I did it all the time in university.

With respect to the shirt, it's not my style, but it's reminds one of the old Ric Drasin shirts " Dianabol the Breakfast of Champions " from the 70's.
