ok folks im surprised. sunday was my first 150mg shot of bd test cyp. no problems till about tuesday i was so bloated, it was uncomfortable. i drink alot of water, and my diet is fine. my sodium intake was low.

the bloat happens at night, and it really scared the crap out of me...lol.
i have aromasin on hand, and im going to start today with 6.25mg every day, due to my low dose, so im looking for feedback if this will help with water retention, as i think my e levels went up. any advise would be great. thanks in advance.

test cyp 200mg wks 1-16
gh 2 i.u a day

my workout is following biga's growth for beginners minus the legs, calves

im pretty sure the growth helped with the retention, this is my first cycle. im not looking for huge gains, just more strength and more lean muscle
 
ok my typ day is this

morning pro shake, oats (this is early 5am)

ill have eggs at work around 8am

lunch turkey sandwich, or chicken breast, salad

protein shake in between 2-3 pm

dinner fish,or lean beef with veggie, maybe brown rice

protein shake before bed if i get alittle hungary, ill snak on unsalted nuts, or some low sodium beef jerkey
 
Gh is probally making you have some water weight. I doubt if the test is doing it that quick. Don't freak out if your hands get numb and swollin, typical. It should level out, over the weeks, if you keep the same dose. I wouldn't even start an AI for the test, until end of week 2.
 
True the gh is where your getting your water,, cyp on most dont make you hold that much water.. With the mg's your doing... def not... but def the gh... i would'nt worry.. if your doing you gh 5 days on 2 days off, The off days you should see less water...

thanks for the response pesty, one question tho, ive been on growth for 3 months now, do you think the test might have affected the growth to give me the retention? i really had much retention before the test shot
 
its possible it could of added some,,, what you should do is take in some caffine, when you train,, this will help, bring it down alot.. and drink coffee in the morning,, right after start water.... before workout take in caffine this will help pull water when you train.. but keep drinking when you train
 
i was looking at your meal plan,, how much you weigh... food look alittle light..
 
i can't imagine that a single shot of 150mg cyp would have you retain noticeable water in 2 days. That said, was this visible bloat? I mean you said "I was so bloated I was uncomfortable" making me think its more stomach/digestive feeling? Also, not specific as to source, but which brand cyp did you get?

your right.. i never held visible water from cyp.
 
hey guys thanks for the replies, so to answer some questions, im5"6 208 lbs, my bf is about 17%, i am abig build, but i do have abdominalfat i just cant seem to get fid of the rest of. not saying im going to stop trying, lol my protein shakes i intake are a good amount if protein. im geting in about 200 grams a day, also am doing cardio on my non weight training days. the retention seems to be in my feet, hands, and face, and i get what feels like hot flashes.

the cyp im on is bd labs
 
i've done cyp only cycles numerous times and never had a bloating issue.especially with your first week of test i can't see it being anything other than a glitch in your diet or the GH sides.how long have you been on the GH,did you start it the same time as your cyp?
 
as stated above, I've used cyp many times and never a bloat issue. You've only been on GH for 3 weeks at a low dose. Stay the course. Your fine.

Still, at your dose of GH, it should make you lose bodyfat after a few months, not bloat up. Play with the amounts until your comfortable.
 
just a small update, i took 6.25mg aromosin yesterday and today, and no retention, i feel pretty comfortable
