WTF, Simone Gets In An Accident

WTF! Ok let me say this again to get it out of my system: WTF! Went out to lunch with my wife today, all was well. I went back to work with a client and I get a screaming/crying call. Simone was at a light, stopped for probably 45-50 seconds on a STRAIGHT road when she looks in the rear view mirror and sees a car coming up behind her at a fairly high speed. She watched it happen, scared to death as she could not move out of the way, she said. The stupid bitch plowed right into the back of Simone's new Mercedes SL500. I came to the hospital to see her laying there helplessly shaking. Her neck and back are in alot of pain, but we're hoping it will go away with some therapy. All scans and the Xrays showe to be ok, but now she has to go for MRIs. Simone was so shaken up when I saw her and in so much pain I felt my blood boil and the dark side of me come out. That part of me hasn't come to visit me in over a year, but I almost couldn't hold it back. The lady that blatently ran into her was in the bed next to her, and her husband came in. I felt the sudden urge to grab his asophagus and take the oxygen from his fucking lungs just for being associated with that stupid bitch. The nurses saw that I was mad, and after Simone said her words to the lady, they moved them to another room. Good thing actually, or my business associates would probably be bailing me out tonight.
Simone had the top down on the Benz so that is basically in locked position and won't come back up because the back of it is pretty fucked up. Great, huh? Nice thing is that it is sitting in an impound yard with the top down and there is a chance that it is going to rain. I do have to say one thing however, the Benz held together incredibly compared to the other lady's car. Anyway, sorry to dump here, well you know what, no, I'm not sorry to dump here. That's what this place is for, the good and the bad. Anyway, Simone is medicated but in for 2 or 3 of really painful days ahead. Hopefully my baby won't have any permanent damage to her neck or back, or I may just lose it.

I agree man, the road is straight for miles, not even a slight bend. If the speed limit is 50mph and she was there for 45-50 seconds stopped before she got hit, that means the asshole was driving straight on that road for about 3/4 of a mile before she ran into her. WTF? I think they took her blood for intoxication tests but I'm not sure.

Thanks though, for your support, and yeh, I have never sued anyone before even after about 8 accidents that weren't my fault, but this time they hurt my baby. The choker officially comes off my lawyers on this one.

Same as the accident that happened with me and my girl. Stopped at the lights, stupid bitch rear ended us in a Range Rover. My girl had a slipped disk in her neck and for 4 weeks she could not move. I had to wash her and feed her as she couldn't raise her arms.

She is 90% good now, 8 weeks later.

Thanks man to my to my main partner at Alinboard. Much appreciated. I do need to keep cool. It's just when you come from solving every problem that way for years, it's hard to NOT go back to it. In the end, I owe it to her because it wont just be me spending nights in jail until they bail me out, it will be affecting my wife also at this point. I owe that to her, an I need to continue on my straight road if I want a successful family with her. One thing that really torques me up is the promise of a baby with this woman. If this accident would have hurt that chance, well , lets just say, I wouldn't be typing this.

I know you don't know me but I am here a lot to learn - it shows you my priorities when one of my few posts is about an injury in an auto accident, so I was compelled to reply to your post.

I'm so sorry to hear about such a stupid accident, hurting your precious wife (and nice new car). Have you found out much about the other drivers insurance/assets? Here in Los Angeles, that's the first thought that crosses my mind as 50% of the a-holes drive dangerously broken down cars and have no insurance or assets. Money can't erase the pain or memories, but it sure can make you feel better I hope your wife recovers quickly, you can sue their ass, and get your car fixed correctly.

O/T- Big A, when I read about the Lotus crash it just about brought a tear to my eye, but I had no idea how serious your lady was. Best wishes to you and her too.
