Anybody really, I need help in losing some bf. I want to do this as quickly as possible, so radical suggestions accepted.:D I also found out that I am hypothyroid, my doc gave me a script for Synthroid .05mg (said he was going to increase the mg)... how can I use it or Cytomel to my advantage?
 
Quick = liposuction :D

What seems to work the "quickest" is low-no carbs, very low fat, and high, clean proteins. Figure out what your maintenance calories are and go from there. You'll want to divide your intake to no less than 6x ED, 8x is better. If you feel that you need carbs, take them immediately post workout.

All I know, this has worked for me and others :)

I've had BAD experiences with T-3 so - no comment.

Quiscjk and hardcore is T3 (no doubt at 25 up to 75/day) with the infamous D and a little EC for good measure

Staggered low carb diet, daily cardio, and some fat aids (specifically 'women' ones like yohimbe).
Take as much Syntheroid as you want. The body will only use what it needs, as it converts it to T3. So with the Synthroid, you will just end up having 'normal' levels of T3. If you want more fat loss from the thyroid, then you need to use straight T3.

Don't take for granted that the t4 will get your t3 levels up to normal either. Get it checked after you have been on for a bit, my wife had to have her thorid zapped, and now is on t4, but no matter what the dose her t3 doesn't go to normal levels, not having normal t3 means slow metabolism so she has to add t3 into mix as well. In terms of diet, etc. what they have outline above is on the right track
