Another boring thread or real life thread on eating...this is what I ate yesterday.

Meal 1:
4 eggs
4 turkey sausage patties

Meal 2:
50 gram protein shake (mixed with LBA's and skim milk)
8oz. of oats with one heaping:D scoop of natty PB

Meal 3:
8oz. somewhat lean angus beef patties
2 cups of white rice

Meal 4:
Supreme Protein Bar (what can I say, I like them)

Meal 5:
12oz. chicken breast with cabbage

Meal 6:
50 gram protein shake (same as above)
2 rice cakes with natty PB

I do have a day on the weekend of eating, actually a very tasty day each weekend of eating, but I am eating that above pretty much during the week (5-6 day of it) with somedays a bit higher on the calories.

Actually, I will tell you what I ate last Saturday for fun:
Meal 1:
Big Steak Omelette
5 pancakes

Meal 2:
50 gram protein shake

Meal 3:
Jack Stack BBQ (1/2 brisket and 1/2 turkey) on a oatie bun (awesome)
Steak Fries
appetizer shared with the wife was polish sausage bites

Meal 4:
Chocolate covered pretezels
2 lowfat poptarts
Huge glass of skim milk (i love milk)

Meal 5:
2 double cheeseburgers at McDonalds

Yikes! I know horrible, but that was my cheat day and it felt like a cheat day, tasted damn good...even though my weight is hovering right around 186lbs, so I am up 16lbs from weigh-ins from 2 weeks ago which I was 170lbs water depleted!

Looks pretty solid bro. Yeah, my weight at the end of day is around 190lbs on the current routine, but 186lbs in the morning. I actually full and very lean still, it feels great and I like the look, but who knows when that will soften up...I will try my best to grow the right way! I would like to seen both my lean muscle mass go up, but do not mind a little retention because hey I am not in hardcore dieting mode right now.

Good luck with your leaning out...looks good!
 
Thanks bro, getting married next month and going to Spain/Portugal/Egypt for my honeymoon so I have to look tip-top for the pictures ;)
 
yesterday


meal 1: 10 egg whites
5 pieces of turkey bacon

meal 2: 50g protein shake w/ natty pb

meal 3: 12oz of chicken
2 cups of spinach sprinkeld w/ splendia
sugar free jello

meal 4: 10oz of beef

meal 5: 50g protein shake w/ natty pb
1 banana

meal 6: 12oz of chicken w/ franks red hot sauce (i love franks red hott sauce)

meal 7: 10oz of beef


Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and make a shake, I have insomina, but last night I slept like a baby:rolleyes:

200ml soya milk
large banana
30g pro shake

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
45g rice
10g natty peanut butter
30g pro shake

Meal 3:
8oz chicken breast
45g rice
10g natty peanut butter

30g pro shake
25g protein bar
large banana

Meal 5:
50g waxymaize
30g pro shake
large banana

Meal 6:
8oz chicken breast with some new potatoes and lots of brocolli
30g pro shake

Meal 7:
2 x 25g protein bars
30g pro shake

Just trying to stay eating clean and Im gonna have high carb days at the weekend with a couple of nice cheat meals that I've earned :)

I'm enjoying this 'rebound' that I've heard so much about.

I would, but I paid Alex for it. You would have to ask him. I can tell you, that I am eating carbs, not hungry and dropping BF.

16 oz tuna
8 cups green veggies, broc, asparagus, green beans
shrimp cocktail. dunno weight but it was 6 u 10-12 shrimp
7 tbsp oilive oil - i cooked with it:D
2 striper fillets. dont know weight but i caught a nice one yesterday 32lbs!
10 blue claw crabs...again have no idea of weight its just not fun to pick all the meat first and weigh it. but its great dipped in seasoned olive oil.
yes i had a day of fishing and crabbing on my dock:D

I knew I was missing something...I need more lean meat in my plan. I will increase as my body calls for it...I always say if you still hungry eat more protein! Very low in carbs, are you going keto style type of eating...I assume this due to the green veggies and meat!

Nice, you got the striper in Brigantine? I ask because I am from EHT so I know the area pretty well.
 
Funny thing for me is that I eat pretty much the same year round. Of course the occasional splurges and sometimes days on end splurges........:rolleyes: But for the most part it is the same................give or take a few things of course......meaning percentages.....
 
Yesterday' diet

Meal 1
7 egg whites and 3 whole eggs
2 slice ezekiel toast (plain)

Meal 2
2 scp. 100% Whey
4 tbsp LBA's
8oz. Skim Milk
1 tbsp Natural Penut Butter

Meal 3
8oz. Lean Ground Turkey Patty (97%)
Green Beans w/ 1 tbsp Olive Oil (cooked together)

Meal 4
Same as Meal 2 (shake, Natty PB, LBA's)

Meal 5
same as meal 3 (turkey, green beans)

Meal 6
12oz. Talipia
green beans w/1 tbsp Olive Oil (cooked together)

thats pretty much how it is right now every day for the most part...Im going to start my prep next week at 12 weeks out...But for the most part, this is how it will start out with..Low carbs, moderate fat, and moderate protein...Kinda like how Phil has his people eat...I dont really eat starchy carbs for the most part..Just green veges and a few strawberrys here and there...

other than the crabs, striper, and shrimp. every other meal i ate was at the exact macro's that phil set me up with. i try not to think about carbs and protien and fats. i just eat whenever i get hungry and stop when im full. some days i dont eat much...yesterday i was starving all day long. the only thing i do religiously is try to follow the macro profile phil has me on. sometimes i get done a piece of chicken and im full and dont touch any veggies. other time i eat the same meal twice in a row, literally back to back. now im hungry ALOT. i have a close friend who is 250lbs and lean. i eat almost double what he eats in a day. i jsut try not to over think it.
 
yesterday:

meal 1
2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 slices fat free cheese, 100 grams lean beef, 3/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp honey

then at 6:30 am i had to go to a remote area for some shitty work and here's what i ate there
3 chocolate bars, 2 red bulls, some shitty rice, shitty chicken, shitties steak i've ever tasted in my life, cheese cake (tasted like ass)
and got back home at around 8 pm and ate:
some pastries with cheese and sour cream
kit kat chunky caramel bar
500 ml tiramasu ice cream

woke up today and didn't feel like eating breakfast....
got a pack of 400 ml low fat yogurt mixed with 1.5 scoops of casein and cinnamon to work with me and ate it at 9 am... (i wake up at 5:30)
lunch time i ate some mars, twix, and bounty bars...
just drank an iced mocha from starbucks and 2 ice cream sandwiches...
and i have to compete tomorrow... LOL!!! weighed in at 214 lbs... only doing it for the coach... if i don't compete (last contest in the season) tomorrow, he'll bug the shit out of me calling me at 2 am and shit telling me how i let him down (like last year)...

and yes... i'm as fat as fuck right now... I have SOME definition in my abs, but that's not my problem... i'm growing boobs right above my ass (that's what my sis calls them whenever i get fat) LOL
