Another boring thread or real life thread on eating...this is what I ate yesterday.
Meal 1:
4 eggs
4 turkey sausage patties
Meal 2:
50 gram protein shake (mixed with LBA's and skim milk)
8oz. of oats with one heaping scoop of natty PB
Meal 3:
8oz. somewhat lean angus beef patties
2 cups of white rice
Meal 4:
Supreme Protein Bar (what can I say, I like them)
Meal 5:
12oz. chicken breast with cabbage
Meal 6:
50 gram protein shake (same as above)
2 rice cakes with natty PB
I do have a day on the weekend of eating, actually a very tasty day each weekend of eating, but I am eating that above pretty much during the week (5-6 day of it) with somedays a bit higher on the calories.

Actually, I will tell you what I ate last Saturday for fun:
Meal 1:
Big Steak Omelette
5 pancakes
Meal 2:
50 gram protein shake
Meal 3:
Jack Stack BBQ (1/2 brisket and 1/2 turkey) on a oatie bun (awesome)
Steak Fries
appetizer shared with the wife was polish sausage bites
Meal 4:
Chocolate covered pretezels
2 lowfat poptarts
Huge glass of skim milk (i love milk)
Meal 5:
2 double cheeseburgers at McDonalds
Yikes! I know horrible, but that was my cheat day and it felt like a cheat day, tasted damn good...even though my weight is hovering right around 186lbs, so I am up 16lbs from weigh-ins from 2 weeks ago which I was 170lbs water depleted!
