Your preferred probiotic or eating style

Best practice, but I can't do it.

Long before bodybuilding I ate like someone was going to steal my food - or so my mother said.
My wife teased me yesterday for not adequately chewing the rice in my chicken curry. It's basically already a slurry after sitting for more than 3 minutes :LOL:
You still able to do that with chop sticks in Japan? I've been eating with chop sticks to slow myself down but I don't use them outside the house in fear of being judged haha

Even as a lefty I have some latent skill with "箸". We don't use them very much though to be honest, mostly just for Ramen and Sushi/Sashimi, or other "和食" (Japanese food) which we don't eat all that much.
 
I never used probiotics before starting Dr. Ohhira's because I had no need for it. It's definitely helped with bloating, indigestion, all the stuff that comes along with putting down tons of food to get huge.

Which one's specifically do you take?
 
Saurkraut, Kefir, Greek yogurt... Or any foods with high amounts of probiotics. Pretty important to take on an empty stomach right?

I've always taken probiotic capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach in fear of stomach acid killing the probiotics before they make it further down the GI. I want to say I got that from Rhonda Patrick but could be wrong.
