How often do encorporate cheat meals or days?
What kind of foods do you use for this purpose?
As a former fat boy I crave junk food. I can live without it but I'd rather not and I'm trying to figure out whether using cheat meals is going to make a difference in a positive or negative way. Goal is to stay lean but still enjoy myself.
