My latest health screening, triglycerides at 735!
I've been clean for the past 3mths. Ended PCT (Tamox+HCG) in July. Last cycle was test prop(8weeks)+ Anavar(6weeks).

Normal diet with Intermittent fasting.

Training 5-6days/week mountain dog style.

Doc asking for another retest next week. 😓

What could've been the cause of this abnormally high range?

High triglycerides are not not a good sign of things to come. It could be a number of factors. Eating too much processed foods, too much sugar, or it could be genetic. Perhaps assess your diet. Doing some cardio also helps bring down numbers.

I'd recommend that you speak to primary care provider to set up a imaging of your liver. My first thought is NAFLD (non alcoholic fatty liver disease) or iron overload (hemochromatosis). Have you been on tamoxifen? Tamoxifen can significantly raise triglycerides. Not necessarily to the degree as yours, yet if we take into account the possibility of an abnormality of a mutation causing hereditary phenotypes to surface this may be an area to explore?

Have you had a LFT (liver function test) done? I'm guessing you were fasted?

Edit: I just reread your post, you have been taking tamoxifen.

I'd retest in 6 weeks, fasted.

I hardly take processed food, only the occasional sausages and Spam. Though I consume beer daily(1-3pints).

Test was taken 12hrs fasted. I did the LFT too, liver is good.

low Hdl high triglyceride is becoming the predominant marker for cardiovascular disease , notably so in those with Metabolic syndrome. I would go see a specialist and get this straightened out. Not much we can do over the Internet

Get that under control ASAP. Hope you dont get pancreatitis bro. Seriously no more gear or anything until you get that worked up and under control asap. HDL of 22... cmon now.

Mine were extremely high also 700 + / cut way back on the beer , red rice yeast and started doing more cardio. Got it Dow under 200 in a year. I'm thinking tren had allot to do with the high tri's. Now I use low dose test and peps.
