cycle DNP+Ephedrine

Hello guys,

it's been very long time !
I'm about to start an Ephedrine+DNP cycle and i need your advice!

details:
age 29
wight 96 kg
b.f around 30%

last month i was 101 kg and done PSMF by lyle Mcdonnald, wasn't easy, but no one promised me that life's gonna be easy :)

so i wonder on what b.f% should i start the cycle?

how would you reccomend cycling the Ephedrine?

should i start Ephedrine and DNP on exact same time or should i start Ephedrine few days/weeks before?

any other info / recommendations will be appreciated !

Not to sound mean, but at such a high bf %, what do you really expect DNP will do? :rolleyes:

It's a lifestyle change with a LONG TERM PLAN, based on improved dieting/training habits, you (or any clearly overweight people) need, not DNP.

DNP should IMO only be used by advanced athletes, already lean, knowing how to eat smartly, and whose goal is to get rid of that last annoying /persistent bit of fat... not by fatties who will anyways get even more fat once they stop... :eek:

actually i am training and i do know how to use this kind of supplements.
in the past i was much more serious trainer and i just made a little comeback and now im in a point where i really feel that i do everything perfect like how i was in the past.

anyways, you think that it will not be effective for my needs?

p/s - i also take vitamins as Multi V,C,D,Cal,Mag,Zinc,omega 3.

I personally think DNP will work better in obese or overweight people.

As long as you stay on top of your nutrition and training when you come off of the DNP, you shouldn't get fat again. I also personally think longer cycles work a lot better than short cycles.

what is a long cycle? 30 days?

i got at the moment 30 caps of 200 mg each.
i planned doing a cycle of 10 days (pyramid) or 30 days and stay on 200 mg all the way.

what do you recommend?
 
This is ridiculous and there is absolutely no need to use DNP at 30% body fat lol...how about you diet and do a little bit of cardio. actually fuck the cardio just diet for a little while. I have no issue with anyone using anything when it's necessary but this is just pure laziness here.

and just to make sure i understand you, it is efficient to use DNP+Ephedrine on my bf % although you think that it doesn't worth the risk?
on what bf % would you recommend to use it then?
and just for the curiosity, how long should wait between 2 DNP cycles? (lets say 10 days each cycle)

I'm going to have to disagree with my friends Phidias and Bobby Light here. I think the fatter you are, the more useful DNP is. You'll just shred fat quick on it combined with a good diet. I've only used DNP when I was depressed with my bodyfat and it is a quick, effective fix. I think stacked with EC, it is incredibly effective to keep you slightly less lethargic and suppress appetite.

I didn't even mean it from a standpoint of whether or not it will work for him...I just don't get why that would be his first idea when it comes to fat loss...the times you used it I'm sure you weren't at 30% body fat lol

It's obviously no business of mine what someone decides to do but to me that's like starting a steroid cycle weighing 140 after barely lifting...now he's going to want to use DNP anytime he wants to shed some fat fast. Oh well lol
 
You should not do dnp or eca at your body fat but I know you will so I'll give a recommendation.

Dnp 100mg daily
Eca 25/200/81 2x daily

Dnp was used in obese people to help them lose weight. To say it makes no sense to use it at high bodyfat levels makes no sense.

Like i said, go low dose for a longer time frame, learn nutrition, learn proper training and the fat will stay off.

I used dnp and dropped 25 lbs of fat (approximately ) and its been months since i lost it. The only thing i gained back was restoring my water and glycogen stores. The fat is still gone and I'm now in a new bulking phase.

what is a good diet? 50% 30% 20%? (saw it few years ago in a DNP thread)

I definitely wasn't 30% bf lol but if I was, then I'd definitely use DNP. The less time I hate myself, the better.

this is true tbh... imagine the damage to one's health being 30% bodyfat




best to rectify that issue as soon as possible.
