I got 2nd... Not the greatest ran competition or the best events. But it was fun. Now I am qualified for Nationals in 231 and 265.

Max Log Press: I only hit a 250 log, definitely not my best but it got me 2nd in the event.

Max Deadlift: I pulled 775lb from 18" to get me first in event and tie me for first over all.

Farmers Hold for Time: 250lbs each hand, I held it for 50.97 seconds. Good enough for 3rd.

Incline Log Press for Reps: yep, a incline bench press using a 10" log... Definitely not a fan of it. But I pressed 250lb log for 10 reps.

Suppose to do a Keg Load over a 48" bar, but it was late so they cut it out. There was a bodybuilding/physique going on on the other side of the room. I was looking forward to this

Overall it was a good day, now time to go celebrate I'll get the video up soon

I weighed in at 229.6, weight class is 231.4. I am prolly 5'10.5". Haha

I have always had a good deadlift, even though Tenny says my form sucks! Haha
