basmati rice, with avocado/tomato relish, chicken breast
chocolate whey protein mixed w/ almond butter and put on ezekial bread.
chicken + almond + pineapple + green pepper stif fry
salmon + almond butter oven baked
cold treat... basmati rice+ blue berries+ banana + cottage cheese+ whey iso + almond butter mixed together
