DoWork: I see you listed Salmon burgers, and I bet you buy them from Costco! Love them panned fried with some scallions and a little low sugar ketchup on top.

Spot on! Sounds delicious. I also pan fry them and chop them up into small pieces and use them as fish tacos, so good!

I don't know where I'd be without Costco!

Good point. I prefer fish and turkey/chicken but red meat is tough to beat as the best source. This is why I force feed myself venison steaks during bulking phases, wild game is a good example of these unique structures and it helps that I shot 3 deer last year.

I would like to learn how to make salmon sushi and sashimi. The kind that isn't smoked and doesn't taste like fish. I would like to use brown rice. My friends girlfriend says she will teach me. I bet I need special fish thou.

I want to start eating salmon but do t want it to taste fishy. Like sushi or like some restaurants prepare it.
I take a lot of ultra 40 liver pills when I can't eat.

That's going to be tough with salmon. If you're looking to eat more fish but don't like the fishy flavor I would suggest tilapia or hake loins.
