Bullet proof coffee makes you fat

Why would anyone want to mix a ton of freakin butter and oil in their coffee???

I like my coffee just black, I wouldn’t want to drink oily coffee like that……but I guess everyone is different. My wife uses MCT oil powder in her coffee as a creamer…..i personally just prefer black coffee.
 
It's funny how the old advice about gaining/losing weight based on a calorie surplus/deficit has been proven scientifically to be accurate, yet people still come up with other bullshit reasons why people lose weight and try to say calories don't matter. If diets like paleo, keto, etc. work, it's because the individual is in a calorie deficit.

People would rather read pseudo science blogs as opposed to following actual research. This is why guys like Alan Aragon, Dr. Spencer Nadolsky, Layne Norton, etc. are key figures. They preach actual evidence and call out bullshit.

Yes, but you can't sell and make a lot of $ off of simple, proven principals nowadays. You have to sell the ignorant magic.

I drink mine black too.
Although one thing I tried that was awesome was chocolate protein powder blended with ice and coffee grounds preworkout. 😀
 
I put butter with olive oil into my coffee for a short period and it’s actually pretty good. It adds a richness I really enjoyed.

yep. some folks think food can somehow break the laws of physics. and most dont even know the carb/insulin hypothesis was debunked over and over by NUSI. who actually spent millions on the studies trying to PROVE it.

Every morning one cup black coffee, 1 tblsp butter, 1tblsp coconut oil and one teaspoon Hershey's cocoa I'm good for about 2 hours!

Technically it's only supposed to be a tbs and it actually acts as a sort of creamer. I've tried it with Kerry Gold butter and it wasn't bad, filling actually. Tried it with Coconut Oil and actually like that concoction better. Some people don't like their coffee straight black

I just posted this because the author is stating that drinking coffee with oil/butter will clog your arteries and make you fat.
I assume he's stuck in the 80's mindset that fats are somehow bad for you.

2 bad 2 out of those 3 guys are giant douchebags which doesnt help them get the word out. Spencer is good though
 
Coffee is a simple pleasure every morning that I love. The blacker the roast, the better!
