so i've been going lower reps heavy weights for the last 7 weeks or so, making pretty good progress. either adding weight or adding multiple reps to every excercise and set week in, week out. my question is, do i wait til the day i dont progress, then go to a couple weeks light recovery, or, even tho im still going strong, take a couple weeks recovery just as a preventative measure?
its kind of like do i wait til i hit that wall or short change myself a little and prevent that stall?
