This seems to be a gray area. So if you engage in hetero sex are you hetero? what if you were paid to and you hate hetero sex and your married to a member of the same sex?

According to Webster online dictionary there are two definitions:

2
: of, relating to, or involving sexual intercourse between persons of the same sex

So technically I think you're right because it fits one of the definitions (even if he was married to a woman, hated gay sex with all his heart, was bribed and held at gun point to have same-sex sex he's still gay - although I personally wouldn't have thought so BUT I'm not one to argue with dictionary like Webster - I always consider it to describe who you were sexually attracted to not actually had 'intercourse' with).

Although the cultural dictionary of american heritage just says:
A sexual attraction between persons of the same sex. But Collins and World English American Heritage Dictionary agree with Webster's.

Don't fool yourself into thinking that what he was doing with his "supplements" didnt somehow contribute to his demise. Most likely a combo of everything he was doing in his life.

I've been on the grapefruit a day train for some time and hematocrit/hemoglobin is always optimal, even late in a cycle.

I can personally say this doesn't work for everyone,I've had several monthly therapeutic phlebotomies from constant elevated HH-19.7 & 59% were common measurements while on TRT.
It's great advice and should well be advocated as part of ones approach of aiding in the reduction of ones HH.

Sleep Apnea is long ignored,address this and watch your HH drop significantly, that I can attest to, I haven't had to dump a pint of blood in 6 months, 15.3 and 47% was my last measurement two weeks ago.

hi, just had a heart attack at age 34,it was my own fault i was stacking to much shit,tthen when i added t3 to the mix it put me in the hospital,I LEARNED THE HARD WAY !! SUPARAY is right about getting bloodwork done but unless your life is bodybuilding and you are competing and this is what u truly love,DON,T OVER DUE IT,its not worth your life !! Be happy with just being in good shape and low dose aas and diet and exercise will put u just fine.
