As the title says. Its been about a year and a half I've been out. Started off as a rest to let a shoulder injury heal and then it just turned into a lazy arse, using work and life in general as an excuse.

Approx 20-24% BF (worst I've even been )
Diet will be 250g P - 200g C - 80g F
Will consist mostly of chicken, haddock, eggs, potatoes, rice, almonds and Natty PB.
Supps:
3g Vit C
Multi Vit
ZMA
Huperzine A
Green tea extraxt
Casein protein
Fish oil
I'll be adding in some Mod GRF 1-29 and ghrp 2. I will also be adding in some T4 and eventually DNP when the BF is a lot lower, about 12-14%.
What do you guys think? This sound ok?
