Congratulations Dusty! It must be an overwhelming feeling to finally be validated for the thousands upon thousands of of hours of extremely hard work!! Enjoy this is incredibly rewarding moment!!
That is awesome. I am extremely happy for him. It's been a long road.
Also not taking ANYTHING away from anyone who might get it this way but it is awesome to see him compete and win it in the open and not one of the masters classes.
Congrats to him. Lots of dedication and hard work. Lots of nay Sayers said he would never get his card for many reasons. Hard work and persistence pays off once again. Inspiration for many.

Speaking of the Masters, I just watched an interview where they said none of the big name guys showed up this year and they mentioned John. They said that they missed out on a great opportunity to compete and possibly get a pro card. I know no one wants to win by "default," but it sounds like it would have been a great opportunity to get his card.
That is freaking sweet!!!! I am sooo happy for Dusty!!! He has taken time to answer questions from nobodies like me. He would go into detail and not one liners, great guy and his determination finally paid off!
