This is what i do:
Breakfast:-6 whole hard boiled egg
-200g 95% Ground beef
-1 cup brocolli
Lunch:-6 whole hard boiled egg
-200g 95% Ground beef
-1 cup brocolli
Diner:-6 whole hard boiled egg
-200g 95% Ground beef
-1 cup brocolli
-240G Protein
-High fat
Every fourth day i have a meal of high carb(Oatmeal-2cup dry) with no protein and fat in place of Diner.
