Ok , so now that I’ve eaten I’m thinking a little more clearly
You don’t need to stack anything with clen , taking a Benadryl each night will help you sleep and is supposed to help clear receptors.
Run the clen for two weeks then swap to Ephedrine, Caffeine, Yohimbine 3x a day for a week then swap Back to clen.
Clen has about a 36hr half life so take a set dose for several days to asses your tolerance then increase 20mcg and run for a few day etc. one you reach a dose that suit you , you will be able to start at that dose when you cycle back on after the ECY run.
A lot of people add T3 with Clen/ECY and have amazing fat loss results , I personally don’t think it’s needed for most people unless they are way behind in their prep
