I’m a social drinker - I live in a close knit community in Brooklyn where there’s weddings, parties etc constantly
Since I only drink at those functions and I tend to drink a lot during those occasions I have done the opposite and have not had a single drink as of yet. Have no urge really

Haven't had a drink since I was 22 or 23 and haven't been drunk since... 18? Alcohol doesn't do much for me, and besides, I think the PEDs are bad enough. No need to compound it with alcohol and other rec drugs. I'm more of a diet soda and water kinda guy (in before artificial sweeteners are worse than alcohol).

Havent had a drink since this lockdown 5-6 weeks ago. Since then I've probably had a drink 5 times in the last 16 months. Was drinking 2-3x per week before then decided I've had enough.

Save it for on holiday and thats it.

The short answer is no, corona virus has not affected my drinking. I don't drink.

I used to drink a little. Then a lot. (Self medication in retrospect.) Then the accelerator
started working better than the brakes so I quit, never to drink again. Easiest thing I
have ever done. Fear is a great motivator. Do not even think about alcohol even though
my wife owns a boutique winery and we have one of the best breweries in the world
within crawling distance.

Oh well . . .

Mine depends on the weather more than Corona. In Ohio our weather is still pretty "meh" but we've had some nice saturdays where my wife and daughter have a bonfire and hangout outside. Listen to some good music, eat, and hang out all day. Nothing better. I really try to keep all that to saturday only, which helps.

For me I just like being outside with a cold beer and the family so I buy excruciatingly low ABV beer...I'm talking 3%-4.2% as it's more of some weird nostalgia more so than the drinking.

Want to really make fun of me? The last two weeks I had 2 "real beers" and then moved to a craft non-alcoholic beer lol.

Tried to have 2 beers a couple Saturday's ago and felt tired and next day had a hang over. I just got divorced so yes I've been binge drinking on weekends before this bullshit. Probably needed a break anyways from that. I'm 45 years old so online dating every decent woman was swiping right when I could go out to bars and it wasn't all that hard to meet them.
