The Darrell Hammond Story was very moving. His mother was a real piece of work. I had no idea his life had been filled with so much trauma.

yes. he was really messed up. poor guy is divorced twice from the same woman. it's clear his mother was mentally ill and never got the help she needed. at some point though, a person has to make a decision about wanting to get better. shame she did not so she could be a better parent.

on a side note, i have a friend who is very into trauma therapy. he believes things like back pain are mostly related to psychological trauma, more so than the injury itself and resulting anatomical changes. He believes my back pain is related to this as well. it's hard for me to believe that though.

I just watched Kilo Two Bravo. It was INTENSE! I didn't realize it was based on a true story until it was over. I was worn out after watching it!!

In the limited time i spent around 2 of these men, they seemed ok but im sure there is some issues. Some guys hide it real well then you hear something terrible.

The latest season is good so far. Can't remember if its 3 or 4? You have Showtime? I like how Netflix releases everything all at once. I'm stuck waiting a week now.

The latest is season 5. I use a firestick to watch most of my tv. Netflix is only good for some of my favorite shows sometimes, but my jailbroken firestick gets everything within 12-24 hours of it being aired.

The Last Kingdom is so good.

Not sure why I held off so long on watching it

I binge watched season 1 yesterday and this morning. Very good show. I'm starting season two right now. Thanks to all that have recommended watching it.

If you like the zombie genre, Kingdom is a good one. Its Korean but dubbed in English. I'm watching the season 2 finale tonight. So there are 2 seasons and each episode is fairly short.

As zombie shows go, I think it's more terrifying than most!

Hi Maldorf...Kingdom is a good zombie movie/series. Those Korean zombie shows are good. There is another Korean zombie show similar to Kingdom. Also watch the Train to Busan, it's a good one.
Of course the Walking Dead, it's a classic.
I like those zombies on the Walking Dead. Those zombie shows that the zombies are freak'n running after you scare the crap out of me.
If the world ended up having a zombie apocalypse, I hope the zombies are like the Walking Dead zombies, dragging their feet and all mopey.
