Torn the mcl, confirmed with mri scan. physio has said no leg training for now unfortunately.
I've been following dc 2 way split and been making good progress so far. I don't really want to stop training this way but the nature of the split means I'll only be in the gym once a week one week and twice a week the other.
How would you guys change the training around?
I'm thinking dc 3 way split and obvoiosuly leaving out the leg day so atleast I'm still in gym 3x week
Otherr option would be something like john meadows gamma bomb and again missing out the legs although I do prefer dc training if I'm being honest
