Slow digesting protein?My favourite post workout at the moment is:
600g fat free cottage cheese
1 scoop casin or whey (for flavour)
2 bananas
Skinny syrup
I get mine from a small place near me called Vitos. It's a private Italian place that sells pizza sauce, marinara, salsa, pizza breads, pre-made dough (just stretch and go). It's really nice because it's locally owned and operated and tastes homemade.Brooklyn Bread?
I know, I mixed fats and carbs and normally I never do that. I've been really tight since January, as of June 1st I started my summer cruise and loving it. Weekends are much looser on diet. I had a huge leg day this morning with post IGFLR3 and with my morning hGH, I just need to keep my blood sugar up. wiesz, ze polerujemy, musimy jesc duzothis is a cheated meal rather than a post workout meal lol

Definitely a rare gift for me to mix fats and carbs this way. It lasted about 5 minutes. Ha!so I assumed it was more of a one-time action than a routine meal
