Yes they do.interesting lineup, I have always liked John, also I really like Joel Thomas. AJ's guys always bring the shreds imo
I wondered why Justin Rodriguez stopped working with him because he was by far his best when he was with AJ (also I don't know if he prefers to by Austin so I meant no disrespect if that is the case)Yes they do.
Honestly after working with AJ, I don’t think I could work with another coach. He has a high bar for sure. It’s not for everyone. But worth it IMO.I wondered why Justin Rodriguez stopped working with him because he was by far his best when he was with AJ (also I don't know if he prefers to by Austin so I meant no disrespect if that is the case)
does it seem like some coaches guys' are never off?
John jewitt seems to be in the bodybuilding ‘no man’s land’
Too tall to be in 212, and not quite able to get big enough for open
Like John Delarosa, Aaron Clark, Zane Watson, etc
Does he push clen and t3 hard? I just wonder why Justin would drop him. He doesn’t seem adverse to suffering given how much he competesHonestly after working with AJ, I don’t think I could work with another coach. He has a high bar for sure. It’s not for everyone. But worth it IMO.
But some competitors always think the grass is greener on the other side. And many other factors come into play like personality’s aligning.
Negative. I didn’t use T3 and only clen at 20mcg the last two weeks. He’s big on diet and calorie cycling.Does he push clen and t3 hard? I just wonder why Justin would drop him. He doesn’t seem adverse to suffering given how much he competes
Delarosa won some shows in open division
AJ is literally one of the best in history IMO... Transfomso many guys that arent genetically blessed, transformed pros. If he kept coaching open guys no doubt in my mind he would have completely taken over the Olympia coaching-wise. He has set the bar on conditioning SO HIGH... Was always a big inspiration and mentor for me!Honestly after working with AJ, I don’t think I could work with another coach. He has a high bar for sure. It’s not for everyone. But worth it IMO.

100% agree. He is next level and so involved. It’s admirable to see and work with him.AJ is literally one of the best in history IMO...
