For me
When dieting I personally have a SWEET TOOTH FROM SATAN HIMSELF!! The only time I crave sweets...I often feel like a PMS or Pregnant woman, anyway!
I am taking the Chocolate LBA's, 1 TBSP between meals 1 and 2 before meal 3 which is my pre workout out and between 4 and 5...and finally 1 tbsp 1 hr post my last meal which is meal 6 and coincides to be about 10 minutes before bed...
I love them because they keep me full, but they also give me some pump action going on which is very nice when one is in Keto like I prefer to diet..
I would highly recommend them and my dream is to be sponsored with them so I can drink them in high doses in my offseason after Nationals to see what my body does with them since I respond very well to red meat in the offseason...<HINT HINT PHIL! Jk>
