How do you guys use your LBA's in your diet ?

For me

When dieting I personally have a SWEET TOOTH FROM SATAN HIMSELF!! The only time I crave sweets...I often feel like a PMS or Pregnant woman, anyway!

I am taking the Chocolate LBA's, 1 TBSP between meals 1 and 2 before meal 3 which is my pre workout out and between 4 and 5...and finally 1 tbsp 1 hr post my last meal which is meal 6 and coincides to be about 10 minutes before bed...

I love them because they keep me full, but they also give me some pump action going on which is very nice when one is in Keto like I prefer to diet..

I would highly recommend them and my dream is to be sponsored with them so I can drink them in high doses in my offseason after Nationals to see what my body does with them since I respond very well to red meat in the offseason...<HINT HINT PHIL! :) Jk>

Anyway just my .02
 
After every meal, Pre and Post workout. 6 tablespoons each time. Helps with my cravings alot.

LOL this doesnt make any sense. if you are using lba's there is no way youre in keto....it has carbs bro.
 
I never count the carbs in my LBA's toward my daily consumption...he's right..just similiar to sugar alcohol I believe
 
Well Jesse, when you are in Keto the glycerin carbs technically do not hit you in the way a sweet potato happen especially in relation to blood sugar. And when you are in keto it is all about keeping the blood sugar nailed down..anyway it works for me and a few others I have hooked on this stuff so I guess to each their own...........

have you tested this with keto strips?? you may be suprised bro. I know its a "different" carb brutha. just tryin to help you out to get the most benefit out of that type of diet cuz its tough to stick to...that way you KNOW without a doubt youre in keto. hope that makes sense. youre more of a man than me I cant do a keto diet I hate how it makes me feel.

LBA do not raise BG levels.....you need keto strips?

my 1st order i got4 bottles. Now i want to try and use them as my protein source instead of whey. I'll also be eating whole protein foods as well...

I'm also wondering how many i need to get to last me about a month or so...

Last order of 4 lasted a month or a lil longer, but i also ordered 25lbs of whey too...

We'll see....
 
Well

Not sure I would be using gelatin protein since it has been implicated in protein deficits in some studies. It coats the intestines (so the theory goes) and blocks absorption of other proteins.

So, I use none.

I use chicken, eggs, beef, tuna, uncured bacon, cheese, kefir, and whey as my protein sources.

Here is what I call LBA math.......

PsyT= 5 foot 6 , 165 pounds....uses no LBA
Me= 5foot 7, 250 pounds....uses LBA
Is something wrong with my LBA math?:)
 
Right now 3 tbs in my coffee 2 x day in between meals. When I use up all my chocolate I will probably start lemon/Lime type flavor pre-workout. I only can consume certain type flavors pre-workout.
 
I like this LBA math.
So, I'm 5'6" and 195# with no LBA ...... YET!
so, me after adding LBS into my meal plan what could I expect using 1 to 2 bottle a week? hehehehe I know no one can say but I'm in the zone for making changes. LBA will be an addition to my meal plan.

Wont be long and I'm going to try to dispell the myth that guys in there late 40s almost 50 can't add lean mass. Many here already told me it's not possible.
