Okay, so the log book is going to have to wait until after July 12th. Weight is at 237 today. Going to keep depleting until I start carbing up on Thursday. I'm on some NO-EXPLOAD so I actually have some vascularity. I have a bunch of superpump250 I took from the Pittsburgh, but it's got sugar. True Protein's stuff I can actually use because it's okay with my diet.
I'm gonna keep dieting and cardio'ing hard. I'd really like to have striated glutes for the States.
