I've heard speculation and stories about days of old

Would this be an effective dose whatsoever?

My only cycle with dbol in the past was 25mg/day (people seem to reccomend 50 or so) and i gained ~20 lbs over what i normally did with the test base i was using

Has anybody tried it or known anybody who has tried it?
 
I know people that try low dose dbol at 10 mg or so and do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then repeat and they seem to rate it but iv never done it myself
 
I have heard of atheletes doing cycles like this, 5mg 3 to 4 times per day. Don't get it myself, maybe someone could explain this as I have always wondered why, but yet again they seem to get results in strength gains.
 
The reason for doing small doses throughout the day is because the half-life of dbol is very short.
 
I would just split the dose in two sittings, mabe morning and pre or post workout.
 
what kind of gains could one expect?

i dont hink there would be too much in the way of gains,but it will help to stay full and keep making progress.peace
 
Actually I experimented with that a while back. I would say it's not bad, it really just depends on what your goals are.

If you are wanting to gain 20lbs of water then I would recommend 40+ daily, if you are just trying to hold on to a little muscle and maintain a full look while dieting and still get a decent pump 10mgs would probably do the trick.

Could you do 10 mg dbol/ED as a bridge?? i guess that 10 mg ED woould still keep your own production shut down, even after PCT or????
