I was extremely surprised at how much strength I had a deadlifts today. I wasn't really sure where to start so I began where I was one month ago, the last time I did. I was initially was just going to hit 605 for 5 but my buddy talked me into the additional 50lbs. instead of 20lbs. Needless to say I could have been happier to hit 635 for 8.
