hello, new to the board not to the game. i was invited over by a good friend. I have been training 8 yrs and have plenty of cycles under my belt. been using gh for a few years now and want to try igf-lr3. what sort of dosages should a beginner try, 50mcg/day? should i inject 1st thing in the am and then after I workout? any suggestions would be great and I hope to get to know everyone......thank you
