1st time using igf

hello, new to the board not to the game. i was invited over by a good friend. I have been training 8 yrs and have plenty of cycles under my belt. been using gh for a few years now and want to try igf-lr3. what sort of dosages should a beginner try, 50mcg/day? should i inject 1st thing in the am and then after I workout? any suggestions would be great and I hope to get to know everyone......thank you

I have been thinking about throwing in some igf in my next cycle but I don't know very much about dosing schedules. I am gonna tag along with you on this thread and hopefully learn somethin:cool:
 
its working great in PCT for me. It leans you out and also lets you gain even in PCT since your body uses nutrients much quicker/efficiently.

I am using 100ug every day for 10 days starting day 4 in my PCT.

I am hoping to gain 2 pounds lean this month and no fat (the entire month I do PCT) with the help of this IGF.

Expect: intense hunger, increased vascularity, crazy pumps, able to put away the carbs much better without gaining fat.

Its some good stuff...shame its 80 bucks a pop for a milligram. I would love to run 3-4 milligrams at once in a period of 15-20 days...but that is cost-prohibitive for my budget (to say the least!!!).
 
i am currently running t400/deca/tren ace/dbol on week 4. in the winter i bulk up and lean down in the summer, so i have been eating everything i can get my hands on.

i have 1000mcg of igf-lr3 and looking for mixing suggestions. i do have my acetic acid and bac water. i have a diet that a nutrtionist i know developed to make sure i get the right carbs in at the right time. i also have the slin pins i use for gh and need ot know where to draw on the slin pin for 25mcg 2 x a day....

I would go higher...they give children with IGF deficiency like a milligram at a time...

I would dose like 200-300ug if I could afford it over the course of 15-20 days.

Unfortunately its expensive. Its potent stuff when you crank the dose up. Takes care of business when you're in a caloric surplus.

I petitioned one of our sponsors when they were looking for people to test products to sell me some IGF cheap so I could do 300-500ug a day and keep a log and report in but they never responded to me....go figure :D :D :D

If you have just 1 milligram then I would save it for PCT...because high levels of testosterone will naturally increase IGF levels...so it wouldn't be that great imo on cycle...or it wouldn't be as beneficial I should say...
 
IGF-1, PGF2a, mechano growth factor (MGF)

By far the best website for IGF and random stuff.

50mcg done post workout is my preferred way of using.

in the peptide forum here on this site some rather intelligent folks have recently been talking about using IGF PWO and how that might actually hinder gains.Something about muscle fiber differentiation and then proliferation later...its over my head obviously...but the upshot was to shoot your IGF 4-6 hours after lifting to allow natural levels of MGF to do their work. Apparently when you shoot IGF into a muscle it stops the natural MGF from working??? Something like that.

The LR3 really stays active for days so imo its not really a big deal when you shoot it since its 'on' circulating systemically for days once shot...but thats just my opinion I have no studies to back it up like they apparently do.

I've always just stayed with the old school dosage protocols. Alot of the newer research like you said goes so far over my head. I'll read it, get to the end, and realize I have no idea WTF I just read lol.
