2-4 HGH IUs a day- difference and realistic expectations?

What can someone expect, given solid T numbers at the top of normal range/ optimal range expect out of daily 2 IUs of HGH over time?
And what about 4, beyond a replacement dose, what is realistic? Fat loss? Anabolism? Better skin/recovery/ joint repair..?
 
I started about 9 months ago for my shoulder surgery and weight loss. 2iu am/pm.

Fat loss noticed right away. Body comp changes started around month 8.

It's definitely a slow marathon. I have done 3 runs of hgh. Eight months twice and thirteen months last time. I played around with dossage but usually stuck to 4iu every morning. I did notice after a month I was able to gataway with more cheat meals without consequences. Definitely had the best physice of my life.

For me it just takes a while. I didn't really start to notice anything until around 12 weeks or so. It doesn't punch you in the face. It just kind of sneaks up on you. I found after about 12 weeks I generally had a better sense of well being, more positive, definitely noticed some subtle skin improvements, fat loss. Just stay consistent and disciplined with it. Depending on your goals, more is not always better.

Just my two cents—when it comes to HGH, unlike steroids where more isn't always better, there is a clear long-term advantage with slightly higher doses, particularly within the lower range of 2–4 IU. For example, this article -HGH and anti-aging- highlights a clinically proven anti-aging protocol using a dosage of 0.015 mg per kg of HGH, which equates to 4.5 IU for a 100 kg (220 lbs) individual, and for a reason.
 
Expect improvements, not miracles. With just about anything we use....your results will be good as long as your diet and training are on point.
 
2 units? Healthy but barely noticeable
4 units … start getting leaner and it’s noticeable within a few weeks …. Mild muscle size add on I see it in delts and traps
6 units + now we really notice the lean hard look plus muscle gain starts to pop

It’s not months until you notice results

GH starts working immediately

Results are within 2 weeks

I think a lot of guys say that you have to run a long-term just because of the fact that you can run it long-term. It does not mean that you have to run it for a long time before you notice anything at least that has been my experience.

This is assuming diet, exercise and some basic leanness (12% or so bodyfat) is in place and T levels are optimal (800-1000 Total, free t 15% or more) correct?
 
2iu is ideal for long term anti aging use and budget reasons, continuous year round ...
3iu is best bang for the buck (sweet spot) daily preferably split into two pins of 1.5iu am/pm
4iu does not seem much better than the returns at 3iu
5-10iu personally... too sleepy and swollen to be able to endure for long... I'd think these larger doses would be better pulsed... day on day off... training days only maybe...

To be honest I peaked at 8iu rips back in the day and I gained like 10 lbs of mainly water weight in 2 weeks... and was so tired I would fall asleep repeatedly during the day... sitting at my desk too long and pass out... it nearly happened in traffic one day and that was my final day at 8iu lol. I have not exceeded 4/day since.

The below study combines gh therapy with metformin, vit D, zinc and DHEA and the results are amazing... essentially a 2.5 year aging reversal in a year... they used 0.015mg/kg so a 100kg bodybuilder would need 1.5mg or 4.5iu - they did 4 nights a week though. Of course other markers improved as well (lean mass etc).

I am considering bumping back to 3-4iu and doing 5 days a week... taken at night. I have done 2iu every morning for most of the last year or so without "blasting" to save a few bucks.
