Yesterday was my pull day, I did back, traps, and biceps. I started with a few sets of deadlifts, and when i got to 500 lbs I pulled something in the very lower part of my back, just above my ass. I dont think it's anything major, I still managed to hit another 3 reps after I felt it. I know it wasn't my form, my form on deads is picture perfect. This is the first time I've injured myself on them and I've been deadlifting now for 12 years straight. So I'm continuing my workout and get to shrugs. I get up to 500 lbs on shrugs and WTF my delt joint/collar bone area feels pulled. What gives, 2 separate injuries in the same workout!! I'm almost wondering if it's the winstrol that has contributed to this, I'm only taking a 50mg tab/day but I know winny has the tendency to dry out joints. Also, I've been dieting pretty hard lately and that probably had something to do with it too. I guess I need to back down on the weights a bit until I start eating again.
