Just a brief update on the Aussie Pro Show and your mate BigKiwi:

1. Dexter Jackson*
2. Chris Cormier*
3. Markus Ruhl*
4. Juroslav Horvath
5. King Kamali

* Olympia Qualifiers

Big Kiwi was very upbeat and happy with his conditioning. He received many comparisons (long ones) and carried heaps of mass across the delts, biceps and chest. I am sure he will be posting more of his thoughts on his contest so I will leave that to him.

I think bif kiwi looks great and he is better than a 14th place.
I think Cris Cormier looks bigger and better than Dexter, more symetry too bros, and he looks bigger and ripped than the last show.

all I can say from that pic is that kiwi could use some more definition on his legs.

I hope justin is satisfied with his result so he can grow from here.

definately agree! to know he's good enough to competatively(sp.?) compete against guys he's probably looked up to for a long time has got to be a good fealing. everyone has their weak points, he'll be better next show for sure.

Re: kiwi

He recieved that placing due to his leg size and definition, his upper body and conditioning are excellent,

To even be on stage with some of those guys is an honor...and to have them comment on your body is even better...

NO worries, you will get them next time ;)

nice job bro. you can be proud of yourself.
99% of us will never even get the chance to be on that stage and compete with those guys. Just improve every year and you will beat them.

good luck

btw what is your age?

I would agree that BIG KIWI looked great on top, but needs to add some size to his legs. Anyone that can get on stage in that line up and do well is in excellent shape.

Congrats BIG KIWI!!!!
