6-3 weeks out I did 30minutes on the home trainer. (empty stomach)
3-1 weeks out I did 30minutes in the morning (empty stomach) and 30minutes in the evening.
That's pretty reasonable right there. I'm hoping to not do more than 45 min a day this time around. We will see though.
